PROTECTING YOUR EYES

Has your risk assessment identified a need for safety eyewear in your work place? You should be aware of the below points:

Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, eye protection is now defined under the European Norm (EN) standard
Lenses in safety eyewear should be replaced every 3 years at a minimum
Frames of safety eyewear should be replaced at least every 5 years
All safety eyewear issued in the UK must conform to the EN166:2002 standard.

AT HOME AND AT WORK

We offer complete advice on the right level of protection for the hazards in your environment, whether that’s in your own home or in the workplace. We can supply safety glasses with single vision, bifocal or varifocal lenses, so you aren’t compromising the quality of your vision in order to protect it. All our safety spectacles confirm to all relevent standards, including EN166.
